Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 12 hours of the tour start time.
No-shows — missed tours without prior notice — are non-refundable.
Modifications
Changes to your reservation — such as tour date or time — are possible up to 12 hours before the scheduled tour. Please contact us as soon as possible to accommodate your request.
